Are Energy Crystal Co. bracelets made from real natural crystal?
Yes. Every bracelet is hand-knotted from natural crystal beads. Some stones (like citrine and aquamarine) are commonly heat-treated within the trade to stabilize or enhance color — this is standard industry practice and is noted on the relevant Crystal Encyclopedia pages, not hidden.
Does Energy Crystal Co. ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio. Orders over $65 to the US ship free; international shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
How do I know what size bracelet to order?
We size every bracelet by bead count rather than generic S/M/L labels. Measure your wrist with a soft tape or string, and check the sizing note on each product page before ordering.
Is it safe to pay with PayPal on this site?
Yes. Checkout is processed through PayPal, which includes PayPal's own buyer protection on eligible orders. Energy Crystal Co. does not store your card or PayPal login details.
Does Energy Crystal Co. offer wholesale pricing for stores?

How should I care for a crystal bracelet?
Keep porous stones like turquoise away from water and perfume. Most bracelets only need a soft cloth and indirect light — avoid prolonged direct sun, which can fade some stones (amethyst in particular) over time.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the product photo?
Close, but not pixel-perfect — every bracelet is hand-knotted from natural stone in small batches, so slight variation in color and pattern between individual beads is normal and expected. No two lots are ever quite identical, which is part of working with real crystal rather than a manufactured material.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and shipped from our studio within a few business days. Exact delivery time depends on your location — once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link with an estimated arrival window.
Does my order come gift-wrapped?
Yes — every bracelet arrives in branded packaging suitable for gifting as-is, no extra wrapping needed.
What's the difference between the Journal and the Crystal Encyclopedia?
The Journal covers buying guides — how to choose, size and care for a bracelet. The Crystal Encyclopedia is mineralogy reference content — what each stone actually is, how it forms, and how to tell natural from treated material.
Do you have a physical store?
Not currently — Energy Crystal Co. is an online-only studio, and everything we carry is available here on the website.

How do I track my order once it ships?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, along with an estimated arrival window based on your location.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to adjust or cancel it for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Will a sold-out bracelet be restocked?
Not usually in the exact same combination — we work in small, limited batches, so once a bead lot sells out, that specific combination typically won't return, though a similar style may appear in a future drop.
